2022 Parking Stickers for Salem Recreation Areas
The 2022 Park and Recreation parking sticker allows entrance to Forest River, McCabe Park/Kernwood Marina, Winter Island, and designated areas of Salem Willows Park (includes parking area across from Dead Horse Beach and the forthcoming paved parking area adjacent to the tennis courts). The sticker does not guarantee you a parking spot.
$25.00 annual sticker per car for Salem residents.
$150.00 annual sticker per car for non-residents.
Stickers are non-transferable and no free replacement will be issued. You must present a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration to purchase. Stickers must be adhered to the front windshield, inside on the driver’s side on the bottom left.
Parking Sticker Sale Dates and Times
Drive-Thru Sales Option
Stickers will be on sale with a drive-thru option at Winter Island on:
Monday, May 9th from 3:00-6:00pm
Wednesday, May 11th from 3:00-6:00pm
Monday, May 16th from 3:00-6:00pm
Thursday, May 19th from 3:00-6:00pm
Stay in your car and follow signs to the sales area. You must present a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and cash or check only payable to the City of Salem.
In-Person Sales Option
Beginning May 23, 2022 stickers will be sold at:
Winter Island Office daily from 8:00am -4:00pm
Community Life Center, 401 Bridge St. Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am -7:00pm and Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00am -4:00pm
Collector's Office at Salem City Hall during regular City Hall hours
You must present a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, cash, or check payable to City of Salem
On-Line Sales/Pick Up Sticker Option - Salem Residents Only
Stickers can be purchased online beginning May 30, 2022 at this link: https://salemma.myrec.com/info/products/default.aspx
Once you pay online for your sticker, you then must email a copy of your license and registration to [email protected]. to verify your address.
You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your documents.
3 business days from your confirmation email, your sticker will be available to pick up at the Winter Island Store daily between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm
