Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of ERIK SAYCE at 3 MILK STREET(Map 35, Lot 554) (R2 Zoning District), for a Special Permit for per Section 3.3.5 Nonconforming Single- and Two-family structures of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to construct a shed dormer on the south side of the existing gable roof that is approximately 30’ by 10”.  The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than April 20, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
