Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of MATTHEW PALUMBO AND ROSEMARIE DURNING for a special permit per Section 3.3.5 Nonconforming Single- and Two-Family Residential Structures of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to alter and enlarge the nonconforming two-family home at 1-3 LUSSIER STREET (Map 32, Lot 185) (R2 Zoning District) by adding a third-floor dormer. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 6:30 PM, 98 Washington Street, 1st floor.
