Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of LAURIEANNE EMERY for a special permit per Section 3.2.8 Accessory Living Areas of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to construct an accessory living area within the existing footprint of the single-family house at 1 WOODLANDS ROAD (Map 6, Lot 21) (R1 Zoning District). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 6:30 PM, 98 Washington Street, 1st floor.
