Zoning Board of Appeals 

 

Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of TIMOTHY DOGGETT to appeal a decision of the Building Inspector per M.G.L ch.40A sections 8 and 15. The petitioner is appealing the Building Inspector’s decision to grant a Building Permit for a two-family residential dwelling at 10 LYNN STREET (Map 26, Lot 609) (R2 Zoning District). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than October 13, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
