Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of RYAN M. McSHERA at 10 PLEASANT STREET. (Map 36, Lot 442) (R2 Zoning District) for a Special permit for Section 3.3.5 Nonconforming Single- and Two-Family Residential Structures to demolish a non-conforming single-story structure and construct and nonconforming 2.5 story structure. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than December 8, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Governor Baker’s Emergency Order dated March 12, 2020.
