Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of DAVID POLUMBO at 12  LAUREL STREET(Map 33, Lot 303) (R2 Zoning District), for a Special Permit for per Section 3.3.5  Non-conforming Single- and Two-Family Residential Structures of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to construct a two-story dwelling unit behind the existing residence and connect it by a covered breezeway.  The addition will result in two (2) connected dwelling units.  The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than May 11, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
