Will hold a continuation hearing for all persons interested in the petition of ROBERTA REDDY, for variances from provisions of Section 4.1.1. Dimensional Requirements of the Salem Zoning Ordinance for minimum lot area, minimum lot area per dwelling unit, and minimum lot frontage to create four lots at 31 CALUMET STREET (Map 10, Lot 57) (R1 Zoning District). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than October 13, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
