Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of SUSAN TROCKI HALLAM for a special permit per Section 3.3.5 Nonconforming Single- and Two-Family Residential Structures of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to alter an existing nonconforming structure by adding a 9’ by 12’ deck, requiring relief from maximum lot coverage, to the existing two-family home at 42 MARCH STREET (Map 36, Lot 218) (R2 Zoning District). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 6:30 PM, 98 Washington Street, 1st floor.
