Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of GERREN, LLC for a special permit per Section 3.3.2 Nonconforming Uses of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to change a nonconforming use (commercial and warehouse) to another nonconforming use (service industry, warehousing, light industrial, business and professional offices) that is no more detrimental to the neighborhood and a special permit per Section 3.3.3 Nonconforming Structures to reconstruct and enlarge a nonconforming structure at 9-11 FRANKLIN STREET (Map 26, Lot 375) (B1 and R2 Zoning Districts). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 6:30 PM, 98 Washington Street, 1st floor.
