Will hold a continuance hearing for all persons interested in the petition of VALERINA CONDOR, LLC for a special permit per Section 3.3.5 Nonconforming Single- and Two-Family Residential Structures of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to expand a nonconforming two-family home by expanding the third story from a gable to mansard roof at 9 BUFFUM STREET (Map 26, Lot 318) (R2 Zoning District). Additionally, the Petitioner seeks an infill addition to the side porch area. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than October 13, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
