Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of MARIA BOVA, for a special permit per Section 3.3.2 Nonconforming Uses of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to change from one nonconforming use (commercial – business or professional offices) to another nonconforming use (commercial – kennel) at 9 FRANKLIN STREET (Map 26, Lot 375) (R2 Zoning District). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than October 13, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
