Reports to U.S. Treasury

The City of Salem receives ARPA funds from the U.S. Treasury Department through the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF). One of the requirements of receiving SLFRF funds is to submit quarterly reports to the U.S. Treasury Department that outline how the funds have been spent.

Those quarterly reports will be posted here for the length of the ARPA program. While the rules governing how ARPA and SLFRF funds were being finalized in 2021, reports were not required quarterly. The Interim Report submitted in August 2021 covered March 2021 to June 2021. The Project and Expenditure Report submitted in January 2022 covered March 2021 to December 2021.
