1. 0 Story Street – Public Hearing – Request for Determination of Applicability for Stephen Lovely, Castle Hill Group LLC, 14 Story Street, Salem, MA. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed soil testing for the proposed stormwater management for the property located at 0 Story Street within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
2. Jefferson Ave, Wheatland St, and Lawrence St Proposed Gas Line – DEP # TBD – Public Hearing - Notice of Intent for Andrew Shelby of Boston Gas Company (National Grid), 40 Sylvan Road, Waltham, MA.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed installation of a natural gas line under Jefferson Ave. (Ocean Ave. W. to Wheatland St.), Wheatland St. and Lawrence St. (Wheatland St. to Friendship Lane)  within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance
