Notice of Public Hearing and Submission of the City of Salem Municipal Harbor Plan and Designated Port Area Master Plan for Secretarial Approval Pursuant to 301 CMR 23.00

In accordance with applicable regulations at 301 CMR 23.00, public notice is hereby given of the submission of the City of Salem proposed Municipal Harbor Plan and Designated Port Area Master Plan (Plan) for approval by the Secretary of the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA). EEA and its Office of Coastal Zone Management will conduct a public hearing on the Plan on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held virtually at:
