Zoning Board of Appeals  

   

Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of AMANDA COUTTS at 6 WEST TERRACE (Map 33, Lot 739) (R1 Zoning District), for a Special Permit per Section 3.2.2  Home Occupations of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to operate a massage practice in her home. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than March 9, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021.
