Will hold a public hearing for all persons interested in the petition of JOEL & CATHY VOTTO for a special permit per Section 3.3.5 Nonconforming Single- and Two-Family Residential Structures of the Salem Zoning Ordinance from minimum depth of front yard to expand an existing single-family home by constructing an attached two-car garage within the front yard setback at 9 WINTER ISLAND ROAD (Map 44, Lot 20) (R1 Zoning District). The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, December16, 2020 at 6:30 PM via remote participation with instructions to be posted to the City Calendar and the Board of Appeals page on www.salem.com no later than December 9, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Governor Baker’s Emergency Order dated March 12, 2020.
