Project Descriptions

Retrocommissioning: Essentially a tune up of a whole building and it's systems. The building is evaluated on energy efficiency and improvements are made to the buildings performance.

Indoor Lighting: The lighting within the building was changed to use energy for efficiently.

Exterior Lighting: The lighting on the exterior of the building was changed to use energy more efficiently. 

Energy Management System: A system of computer-aided tools used by the utlity grid to monitor and control the performance of the energy system.

Infrared Heaters: New heaters that use electricity to transmit infrared heat. 

Building Envelope Improvements: Improvements were made to the insulation of the building.

LED Retrofit: Switching to energy efficient LED light bulbs.
